A number of years ago, we noticed that Billy Jack, one of our dear friends, had “Doctrina Perpetua” in the signature section of all his emails. Doctrina Perpetua means perpetual learning and happens to be one of our life philosophies.

On December 7th, 2022, we held our Ageability of in Order to form a more perfect Union Virtual Class.

Our in Order to form a more perfect Union is the essence of the Columbia Valley. We tasted and discussed the 2010, 2013, and 2019 vintages to see how the wines age and what makes Eastern Washington such a great place to grow vines. We discussed the various grape varieties used, our blending process, and how our decisions impact the style and quality of the wines.
